1. Ownership

All content on https://sicarchives.com — including the site design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, product descriptions, condition reports, photographs, videos, styling, compilations, software and source code (the "Content") — is owned by Vika Dunamalyan or licensed to us, and is protected by the copyright and related rights laws of the Republic of Armenia and by international treaties including the Berne Convention.

2. Our photographs

Every photograph on the Site is produced by or for us. Our photographs are original works and are protected by copyright independently of the goods they depict. The fact that an Item has been sold, or that it is a second-hand product of another maker, does not place our photographs in the public domain and does not entitle anyone to reuse them.

We monitor for unauthorised use of our photographs on resale platforms and social media, and we pursue removal and, where appropriate, compensation.

3. What you may do

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Site and to view, download and print Content for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with buying from us — for example, printing an order confirmation, or saving a photograph of an Item you have bought for your own records or insurance.

You may share a link to a listing on social media, and you may repost a single photograph of an Item on social media where you credit us clearly and visibly as https://sicarchives.com and do not remove any watermark.

4. What you may not do

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license or exploit the Content commercially, in whole or in part.
• Use our photographs or descriptions to list, advertise or sell any item, including on marketplaces or resale platforms, whether or not the item was bought from us.
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright notice, watermark, credit or metadata.
• Scrape, spider, crawl, harvest or otherwise systematically extract Content, or use any automated means to access the Site beyond ordinary browsing.
• Use the Content to develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate or benchmark any artificial intelligence, machine-learning model or dataset. No such use is licensed, and this is an express reservation of rights.
• Use our name, logo or styling in a way that suggests association with or endorsement by us.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Site, or create a derivative work from the Content.

Any use beyond the licence in section 3 requires our prior written permission. Write to legal@sicarchives.com — we often grant permission for editorial and press use.

5. Third-party brands and trade marks

Brand names, trade marks, logos and design marks appearing on the Items we sell, or referred to in our listings, belong to their respective owners. We use them solely to identify, describe and accurately advertise genuine second-hand goods offered for resale.

This is a nominative, descriptive use. We resell goods that were lawfully placed on the market by or with the consent of the rights holder, and our right to resell them rests on the exhaustion of the rights holder's distribution right in respect of those individual goods. Nothing in this Notice transfers ownership of any third-party trade mark or other third-party intellectual property right to us.

We are an independent reseller. We are not an authorised retailer, agent, licensee, affiliate or partner of any brand whose goods we resell, and nothing on the Site should be read as suggesting sponsorship, approval or endorsement by any such brand. Items are not supplied with a manufacturer's warranty and are not covered by any manufacturer's after-sales service unless we expressly say so.

Our own name, our logo and the styling of the Site are our trade marks. They are not currently the subject of a registration, and we assert the unregistered rights subsisting in them. They may not be used without our written permission.

6. Content you submit

You retain ownership of any review, photograph or other material you submit to us. By submitting it, you grant us the licence described in the Terms and Conditions of Sale, and you confirm that you own it or are licensed to grant that licence, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading or otherwise inappropriate.

7. If you believe your rights have been infringed

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that Content on the Site infringes a copyright, trade mark or other right you own or are authorised to act for, please send a notice to legal@sicarchives.com with the subject line "IP infringement notice", containing:

• your name, postal address, email address and telephone number;
• identification of the right you claim has been infringed, with evidence of ownership or authority to act — for example a registration number, or the original file with its metadata;
• the exact URL of each page on the Site where the allegedly infringing material appears, in enough detail for us to locate it;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf;
• your physical or electronic signature.

We will acknowledge your notice within 2 to 5 business days and investigate promptly. Where a claim is well founded, we will remove or disable access to the material, and we will notify the person who submitted it where we can identify them.

Where material you submitted has been removed and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may send a counter-notice to the same address setting out why, together with your contact details and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Armenia. We will consider it and restore the material where the counter-notice is well founded.

Submitting a notice you know to be materially false may expose you to liability. We may decline to act on notices that are incomplete or that we reasonably consider to be abusive, and we may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

8. Enforcement

We reserve the right to take all lawful steps to protect our intellectual property, including requesting removal of unauthorised copies and pursuing the remedies available under applicable law.
